- Water for three days
- Easy to eat food for three days
- Phone power bank, charged, with cable
- Flashlight with spare batteries
- First aid kit
- List of your prescriptions
- Spare glasses or contacts
- Copies of ID, insurance and key papers in a waterproof pouch
- Paper card of phone numbers
- Cash in small bills
- Change of clothes and comfortable shoes
- Basic toiletries
- Anything a pet needs
